Registration Instructions

If you have previously played soccer with Jefferson Kiwanis Youth Soccer Club or in Ohio North you are in the Affinity Sports Data Management System . Please use the "FORGOT USERNAME/PASSWORD" link to connect to your child's account and set your username and password via the link emailed to you.

Please do not create a new account. Contact Affinity Sports for technical assistance at 1-855-980-2886 or Click Here to create a help ticket.

If you have not played soccer before, please Create a New Account.

Club Admin and above can edit instruction.
